No. SC2024-1755 (Fla. July 2, 2026) · For the respondent, Eckert Realty Corp.

After the Fourth District reversed a jury verdict against Eckert Realty, the plaintiff asked the Supreme Court of Florida to review the case. The Court accepted jurisdiction, received full briefing on the merits and heard oral argument, then discharged jurisdiction — leaving the reversal in Eckert’s favor in place.

  2. Eleventh Circuit · 2023 · PublishedReversed in part

Global Network Management, Ltd. v. CenturyLink Latin American Solutions, LLC

    67 F.4th 1312 (11th Cir. 2023) · For the plaintiff-appellant

A published opinion holding that a data-center operator’s control over a customer’s servers can support an implied bailment claim for 1,380 memory cards stolen from its facility. The court reinstated that central claim after the district court had dismissed the case, while leaving the dismissal of two implied-contract counts in place.

  3. Fourth District Court of Appeal · 2024Reversed

    Eckert Realty Corp. v. Strazzeri

396 So. 3d 220 (Fla. 4th DCA 2024) · For the appellant, Eckert Realty Corp.

A jury had assigned the property owner seventy percent of the fault for a fall on an office-complex ramp. The Fourth District held that the plaintiff never proved the owner knew or should have known of a dangerous condition, reversed the denial of a directed verdict and sent the case back for judgment in the owner’s favor.

  4. Fourth District Court of Appeal · 2023Writ granted

    Domnin v. Domnina

    361 So. 3d 382 (Fla. 4th DCA 2023) · For the petitioner

A trial judge ended a temporary-alimony hearing and ruled before the husband could present his case. The Fourth District held that this denied him due process, granted a writ of prohibition, and ordered the judge disqualified and the divorce reassigned.

    418 So. 3d 329 (Fla. 3d DCA 2025) · For the appellees

    Loginov v. Samoilova

    345 So. 3d 372 (Fla. 3d DCA 2022) · For the appellee

After a three-day non-jury trial, the court ruled that Russian judgments domesticated in Florida, which treated a husband’s loan as a marital debt, gave the creditor no right to collect from the former wife or to an equitable lien on her Sunny Isles Beach condominium. The Third District affirmed the judgment in her favor.

§ 03 — Approach

A small practice, by design.

The person who learns your file is the person who argues it. That is the point of choosing a focused firm.

  1. 01

You work directly with your attorney

The attorney who learns your case drafts the papers and argues it in court — not a rotating team you meet once.

  2. 02

Prepared for court from the first day

Every matter is built as if it will be tried, and every trial is built with the appeal in mind. That preparation is what gives a negotiation its weight.

  3. 03

    Two languages, one standard

Russian-speaking clients receive the same precision in Russian: consultations, plain explanations of every filing, and translated documents.

  4. 04

    Clear terms, in writing

Before work begins, you receive a written engagement agreement that sets out the scope of the work and how fees are handled.

Andre has served as Chief Legal Officer to three companies, sitting inside the business rather than across the table from it. Growing companies retain the firm on a monthly subscription for the same role: one lawyer who knows the company, answers the phone, and handles whatever the quarter brings.

§ 06 — About

Andre G. Raikhelson

Founder · Trial and appellate attorney · Chief legal officer

Andre founded the firm in Boca Raton in 2016, the year he joined The Florida Bar, and was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 2017. His practice is built around litigation — motions, trials and appeals in state and federal court — alongside the contract and company work that keeps businesses out of court in the first place.

His appellate work includes reported decisions from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Florida’s Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, and a case briefed on the merits in the Supreme Court of Florida. He has served as Chief Legal Officer to Learning Exchange, Inc. (LEXX) and its affiliated companies, 888 Group, LLC and Capital Source 2000, Inc., advising founders and boards on contracts, equity, financing and disputes from inside the company.

Before opening the firm, Andre was a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he argued cases before judges and juries, and worked in the Investor Rights Clinic while in law school. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami. He speaks Russian and represents many clients from Russian-speaking communities in South Florida and abroad.
