Personal injury
When someone’s carelessness puts you in a hospital, the insurance company starts building its file that day. Andre represents injured people and their families in claims and lawsuits against drivers, rideshare insurers, property owners and businesses — in English or Russian.

From the crash report to the courtroom
An injury case is won with evidence gathered early: the crash report, video before it is overwritten, witness names, photographs of the hazard and complete medical records. The firm sends preservation letters at the start, works with your doctors to document the injury properly, and deals with every insurer — including your own — so that nothing you say is used to shrink the claim.
When the medical picture is clear, the claim is presented to the insurer with a demand that is ready to become a complaint. Many cases settle at that stage; the ones that do not are filed and prepared for trial. Injury cases are handled on a contingency fee set out in writing before work begins.

How a case moves
From the first call to the recovery.
- 01
Investigation and evidence
Reports, video, witnesses and preservation letters, gathered before they disappear.
- 02
Treatment and documentation
Your recovery comes first; the medical record is built carefully alongside it.
- 03
Demand to the insurer
A complete demand, often for the policy limits, that is ready to be filed as a complaint.
- 04
Lawsuit and trial
When the insurer will not pay what the case is worth, the case is filed and tried.
Common questions
What injured people ask first.
What does it cost to hire the firm?
Injury cases are handled on a contingency fee: the fee is a percentage of the recovery, agreed in writing before work begins, and there is no fee if there is no recovery. Case costs are explained in the same agreement.
How long do I have to file?
For most Florida negligence claims arising after March 2023, suit must be filed within two years of the injury, and claims against government agencies require written notice on a shorter schedule. Evidence disappears far sooner than that, so call early.
Should I give a statement to the other driver’s insurer?
Not before speaking with a lawyer. Recorded statements are taken to find reasons to pay less. Report the crash to your own insurer as your policy requires, and let the firm handle the rest.
What if I was partly at fault?
Florida compares fault. A person found partly responsible can still recover a reduced amount, but under the 2023 changes to Florida law a plaintiff found more than half at fault in most negligence cases recovers nothing. How fault is presented matters from the first report onward.
Hurt because someone was careless?
Call before you speak to the insurance company. The first conversation is free, in English or Russian.
